Service Description
The BRC is a course designed for new riders or those wanting to refresh their skills. No previous motorcycle experience is required. You only need to be able to balance and ride a bicycle. The BRC consists of: a 5 hour MSF eCourse (The link will be provided after completed registration and payment.) 10 to 12 hours of hands-on motorcycle training over a 2 day period. You'll start with the fundamentals, including understanding controls, and advance to essential riding techniques that emphasize safety and smooth operation. Our course covers low-speed maneuvers, emergency braking, swerving, and risk-reduction strategies.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds/Cancellations/Reschedules All payments are final. Reschedules made at least 7 days before the course start date will be allowed to reschedule without penalty. Reschedules are subject to class availability. Reschedules made less than 7 days before the course start date may be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee. A maximum of three reschedules will be allowed within 1 year of the original class date. All reschedules must be made by calling (931) 208-2055. Elk River Motorcycle Training Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time. In the event that the Academy cancels or reschedules a course, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. Circumstances beyond our control could cause the class to be cancelled or rescheduled, including, but not limited to, inclement weather or a vehicle/obstacle on the range. We will make every effort to notify you of cancellations or changes as quickly as possible.
